For years I thought I ate healthily. I often suffered from vague ailments and my energy level sometimes seemed to lead a life of my own, but I thought that was normal. Everyone had that more or less !? During my pregnancy I wanted to eat healthier. I started reading about nutrition and health and it turned out that I didn’t have such a healthy diet at all! I read many more books and became so enthusiastic about this matter that the subject did not let me go. I put the acquired knowledge into practice by reversing my diet and choosing natural food as the basis. The result: I felt many times more energetic and vital and vague complaints disappeared. Insight was gained into the effect and healing power of food! I followed a study, many workshops and did an internship at an organic horticulture in southern Spain. ‘More people need to know this’, I soon thought to myself. The experience of living according to the rhythm of your body cannot be a secret that only a select group of people knows? Around me I see that many people struggle with their health. There is a lot of confusion about what is and what is not healthy now. We all learn to write and count at school, but where do you learn to take good care of yourself (and your family)?
Learning a healthy lifestyle is not as complicated as many people think. You just need a little more knowledge. And of course a healthy dose of willpower. And I would like to share that knowledge with you. My goal is to make you more energetic and vital by making you aware of what you eat, how much you exercise and what effect this has on your life. Often you can take better care of yourself (and your family) with a few, often simple adjustments. And afterwards you probably think: if only I had known this before! Because being full of life energy and therefore feeling good about yourself is the foundation of a happy life in my eyes. And everyone has a right to it!
