Giant, premium Fuji apples, picked when at peak ripeness, are the centerpiece of the collection. Add a caramel apple from the candy makers in the Bavarian village of Leavenworth, with rich caramel, pecans, and drizzled with white & milk chocolate. Variety-specific apple chips are another Wenatchee valley specialty, and Pink Lady apple chips are included. They are crispy and sweet, with the distinct, delicate flavor of Pink Lady apples. The fruit gets hundreds of hours of TLC by the students working on their agriculture degree.
