Original

We bring together a tart apple such as Granny Smith, with a sweet apple, Golden Delicious. The combination is sure to capture your tongue on a hot day.

Huckleberry

New in 2008 and we are quite sure you will agree it is sure to become a favorite. Wild Huckleberries gathered by hand from the mountains of our neighboring state Idaho have been blended to perfection in the most amazing combination.

Cherry

Celebrate the singular cherry season, from blossom to bearing. We begin with our original blend and introduce real, dark, sweet cherries - the smooth taste at the end will remind you of the vibrant cherries grown in a short season from Washington State.

Spice

Our suggestion to swirl and sniff this one to catch the full aroma ..Be sure to shake the bottle long and deep before your first pour. You will then taste the Old World Spices - cinnamon, cloves and a touch of orange that lingers on your tongue - reminiscent of family gatherings, and winter nights snuggled by a fire.

Raspberry

Blended with real red raspberries hand selected from the Pacific Northwest. Since raspberries are naturally tart to begin with the subtle flavor kicks in a the very end!

Heritage Release

We use heirloom variety of apples blended to perfection, ones that have wonderful ancient history both in the United States and world wide.

Heritage 2006 features: Lady Apple (dates back to Julius Ceasar) Arkansas Black, Newtown Pippin.

Milk Shakes

Our Apple Butter Milkshakes are made with apple butter made on site and using only real whipped cream. This has certainly been an unplanned success! We originally purchased an outdoor decor sign just to sit amongst the flowers?.our 1st order was a milkshake guinea pig?hopefully unknown to our customer guest?..now we hear from those in Seattle .. who have heard about us on talk shows??its worth the days drive to the Cider Mill? for an Apple Butter Milkshake!
